Our Board and Team

The Ogle County Soil and Water Conservation District is guided by a five-member Board of Directors elected by county residents to ensure strong local representation and continuity. The Board sets policies, approves budgets, and oversees all district programs and initiatives. Supported by a skilled staff team, the district carries out conservation projects, provides technical assistance, and promotes sustainable land and water management through education and community collaboration.
